All of our products are handpicked and tested by a team of real people, horse riders and horse owners.. If a product is not comfy and beneficial or does not do what it says it does then we don’t list it..

Of course all horses are different, and all horse riders and owners are different! This is why we also provide a personal service answering your calls, emails and messages and try to help you and your horse select the right product for you..

All our parcels are handpacked and we try to use paper and cardboard packaging to be as eco-friendly as possible. Our delivery services are chosen to provide an efficient reliable service across the UK and worldwide so the parcels arrive in a timely manner.

After sales is also massively important to us, we just love to hear how your horses are getting on with our products! And if you have any concerns or issues many of the products come with guarantees and we are always happy to help..
