ThinLine ventilates but does not absorb water. Wearing with socks recommended.  Runners: place the insole beneath the factory insert of your running shoes for marathons. Thinline shoe insoles – Ultra ThinLine-  3/16″ thickness is just like our Ultra ThinLine saddle pads. It will provide you with the same maximum comfort your horse feels. Just be sure to place them in shoes which are not too snug and you will find your feet happy. Perfect for work boots or for replacing factory insoles. Medium: max size – Women: 7.5-10 / 38-41 | Men: 6.5-9 / 39-42 These insoles can be cut down to size required.
