Back in 1894 the success story of Stübben began in Krefeld, Germany. Today they are managed by fourth and fifth generations of the Stübben family. Their high quality equestrian products are being sold on all five continents and in more than 50 countries.

The Stübben Company considers itself as a responsible employer caring for every single employee. Most of their team members have been trained in the company and due to the pleasant working atmosphere more and more team members decide to spend their entire careers with the company.

In general, sustainability means more than respecting and fulfilling ethical guidelines. As Stubben own the manufacturing sites in Germany, Switzerland and Spain that produce their high quality saddles and leather equipment they are able to control and monitor the entire production starting from the input of raw materials up to the end product.

Importantly, they solely process sustainable raw materials, such as vegetable-tanned leather, thus working an environmentally friendly production that creates added value for the horse and rider.
