Postage to the UK is £5.95 for orders under £150, and FREE for orders over £150

Shipping to Europe is £22.50 regardless of your order size, although bareback pads and rugs do attract a surcharge as they are bulky and therefore expensive to post.

We also ship to the rest of the world – please contact us for an individual postage quote. We can be emailed on or call us on +44 1604 740188.

All stock items are despatched within 3 working days and we send by Royal Mail or courier service, usually on a 48 hour service, (5-7 days outside UK) so that your parcels arrive as quickly as possible.

If your items are on backorder or out of stock at the point of order then we will advise accordingly, order in for you and despatch as soon as your product arrives. Our aim is to keep you fully informed so you always know where your parcel is.
